I did not realize how long the zip line tour was! At least 2 hours long! It was awesome! Our zipline guide Jerry Garcia made it the best!

Helotes Hill Country Zip Lines was super exciting to visit and participate with. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in ziplines. We all felt safe and well educated. We have done the ziplines twice and hoping to go back for a nighttime ride soon.

I came in with a large group for a work event and even though the majority of us had more fear than we’d like to admit, each and every one of our guides were patient and helped us every step of the way. They made sure we were comfortable and having fun every step of the way. Thank you all for having us.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Helotes Hill Country Zip Lines! My wife, son, and I couldn’t stop smiling the entire day. The staff made all the difference, especially our amazing guides Matthew, Mac, Logan, and Caden. They were not only professional but so friendly, engaging, and made us feel at ease every step of the way. Our 10-year-old son was a bit nervous at first, but the owner was incredibly sweet and patient with him, making sure he felt comfortable and confident before taking off. By the end of our adventure, he was having the time of his life and even said he wanted to have his birthday party there! That speaks volumes about how great the experience was. If you’re looking for a great time with a fun and caring team, I highly recommend Helotes Hill Country Zip Lines. We can’t wait to go back!

It was wonderful! The Madla Ranch is the most beautiful place in this whole area! The zip lines are well thought out and great fun! I have zip lined before and nothing compares to this! Rodney, Logan, and Cameron made us feel very safe and were obviously well equipped to take us through all the lines and I felt very safe.

Went to do zip lining for my 47th birthday and had the best time at Helotes Hill Country Zip Line! Michelle and Logan were very professional and accommodating to make the experience special.

We took our teenage boys to go ziplining at Helotes Hill Country Zip Lines! They were excited and had a blast on the 10 different zip lines. Mack and Logan were our guides and they were instructive, conversational, and had great taste in music! It was a great adventure and even “cool” enough for our group of teenagers!
This is a MUST DO experience for everyone! The ziplines took us over beautiful ravines, above trees, and gave us a really thrilling adventure. Rodney, Caroline, and Brooklyn are fantastic guides. This is a San Antonio bargain and tops on our list to do again! (Disc Golf is really awesome as well, so bring your discs—or buy some (new and used) from Debbie in the snack shop. (If you’re lucky she’ll even watch you throw and give you pointers!). The course is big, but well maintained and fun. Beautiful countryside. Thank you, Rodney, Caroline, Brooklyn, and Debbie!!

This place was definitely a place to come back to, a local place to enjoy the nice open view. The staff were very friendly. I will most definitely come back to enjoy the night hours they have for the summer time.

Had a great time at my daughter’s graduation. She rode a school bus for the first time on her graduation day :). A very beautiful area. The guides were awesome! I can’t remember their names but they were very helpful and accommodating. My daughter and I both have a thing about heights (it’s for the birds and Superman). Ziplining was surprisingly a breeze and lots of fun. I recommend yelling as loud as you can going from one tower to the next; it adds to the rush. Will go there again!
My 81-year-old friend and I had a zip-line adventure with Helotes Hill Country Zip Lines last week—It was incredible! I have zip lined before, but my friend never had, so it was a memorable experience! This is by far the best zip line experience I have had, the guides (Mac and Logan) really made the experience possible and fun for my elderly friend. They are amazing guys and so friendly! The staff’s professionalism and the INCREDIBLE HILL COUNTRY VIEWS make this an experience that showcases the iconic beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Pristine, high altitude views, and the exhilarating speed of the zip line make this the absolute best you will get in the Texas Hill Country. I would know—I was born and raised here, and this is it. And it is very well priced for what you are getting! Please try it out, you will be glad you did!
Caden, Caroline, Logan, and Rodney were amazing guides and made zip lining here so freaking awesome! Definitely would recommend to anyone. Go there this weekend!
Logan should be tipped a bunch and Michelle too—they keep it safe and fun and will play awesome theme music for zips.
You need to check this place out if you’re looking for a great time in the hill country. Michell and Rodney provided a great safe time and the views are breathtaking.
